If you are reading this it is likely you have recently joined an organisation that is using the Unity Suite, or your organisation has just implemented Univerus. Firstly we understand that there is a lot to learn and understand all functions of the Univerus Assets product. Sign up Here to be added to our Univerus Assets & Field Mailing List, to be kept up to date on Release Announcements and outages.
1. Navigate to https://assetfinda.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
2. Select Sign In at the top right corner.
3. Either log in using your existing Login or click on New to AssetFinda (AF)? Sign up
4. Populate your details then click Sign up
5. You will receive a Sign-up complete box instructing you to check your e-mail account for the Welcome e-mail asking you to click on the verification link
6. Your verification e-mail you will receive looks like the one below. Please ensure you click on the first link supplied to access the Univerus Assets Support Portal.
7. If you have had our Support Team create a user account for you, or if you have previously emailed the email@example.com email address, then the steps are a little different, and will require you to simple select the Get a password link from the sign-on page.
8. This will now give you access to the ZenDesk Support Portal. Where you can see our Solution Articles, log tickets for support and view tickets you have logged.
